INSITE is organising a workshop for return-to-work officers. This workshop will give return-to-work officers the opportunity to reflect on the different demands of their role and will give them space for specific questions and ambiguities that can arise during a return-to-work process.
The workshop will provide a safe, confidential space for return-to-work officers to hold difficult conversations and discuss challenging cases. They will be shown concrete tools for addressing employees clearly, efficiently and respectfully in order to give return-to-work officers confidence when it comes to designing their internal return-to-work process and to empower them to tackle tough situations professionally and appropriately.
