INSITE has been ISO 9001:2015-certified for several years now. We are pleased to have passed our audit for re-certifying our quality management.
In March 2021, we successfully passed re-certification for our quality management system. The audit was conducted by independent auditor TÜV SÜD, with INSITE receiving a pass. All service processes in our business were cross-checked with our clients' needs and optimised accordingly, and our company goals are now focused even more sharply on our clients and our service levels.
The certification covers all assistance processes for employees, family members and contacts at our client companies. We remain proud of the fact that everything we do is focused on the needs of our clients.
