It's been a busy year and a lot has happened at INSITE – most noticeably in our new branding, plus a few internal changes. The year ahead promises to be just as exciting.
INSITE and its teams are real movers and shakers, and 2017 was no exception. For our clients and partners on the outside, this was most evident in our new branding: three new logos, three new websitesand two new brands in EAP and myEAP as a way of giving our product market presence. These clear distinctions in our branding represent a change that is characterised by validation, professionalisation and increased competition.
Other milestones this year included the Client Forum, and Networking Day with our EAP consultants from all across Germany.
There were also a few internal changes. These include new seminar conceptswhich we came up with in partnership with our clients. We developed new formats for specific groups of employees, such as refugees, trainees or healthcare system navigators.
The Find a Therapist and Find a Consultant team is constantly adapting to new legal requirements to ensure the best possible assistance for our clients' employees so that they can receive the treatment they need without the long wait.
These are just some of the things we have been working on over the past twelve months. Our team is constantly growing, with colleagues getting stuck in and bringing their ideas to our organisation. In everything we do, our focus remains our clients' needs and we adapt to reflect changes in wants, needs and areas where assistance is required.
Looking Ahead to 2018
For the year ahead, we will let ourselves be guided specifically by our clients' expectations and requirements. We will dedicate more time to digitising our services and will develop new approaches to employee communication. We are already hard at work on new assistance concepts, plus additional seminars and topics for our talks.
We are counting on our clients to provide their expertise here and set the tempo. Because the only way our communication can reach their employees and help them restore their balance is by working together.
