The myEAP app from INSITE is now live! From today, you can download the app from your preferred app store. In it, you will find a relaxation game, mental fitness test, relaxation exercises and much, much more.
myEAP is INSITE's employee assistance app. It has loads of useful tools, including:
- Direct contact options - get in touch with us directly by phone or e-mail.
- Where we can provide assistance - an overview of the assistance services we offer.
- Relaxation game "Reflax" - a game that has been proven to boost relaxation.
- Mental fitness test - use this test to check your stress levels and track your levels over previous weeks/months.
- Relaxation exercises - audio files to help you achieve deep relaxation.
- Information on the latest trends - stay up-to-date with push notifications
EAP officers can use this method of EAP communication specifically to reach hard-to-reach target groups, like:
- Employees without internet access
- Employees without an e-mail address
- Field staff and employees who are out of the office a lot
- Your employees' family members
