Healthy sleep: we all need it but not everyone gets enough of it. There aren't many that would argue the fact that a proper night's sleep is vital for our health. But how much is actually enough and what can individuals do to improve their sleep?
Good sleep isn't just important for physical regeneration. Our brains need a peaceful night's sleep, too, in order to carry out important cleaning and tidying jobs. This is the only way so-called "knowledge workers" can access their best cognitive abilities.
