Finding an appropriate way of tackling addictive behaviours in the workplace is a big challenge for a lot of managers. They often don't have the background information they need or concrete actions that they can revert to.

During coronavirus, it became even harder to judge people's health either remotely or behind a mask and social distancing.

For that reason, we want to use this live talk to provide managers and specialist functions with some initial guidance on addictions and substance abuse. This will enable you to make a proper assessment of abnormal behaviour among employees. We will also give you simple and effective tools for broaching the subject with affected employees.

Last but not least, we will also discuss the limits of managerial care.
