Transparency for employers on the OHM service market
Service providers in the wider OHM sector were nominated for the award back in August 2020. Nominees were selected according to practice-based ratings of the 100 best employers with their own audited corporate health management system and the "Top Brand Corporate Health" expert committee that was put together in 2020 from among the leading corporate health experts from across Germany.
The service providers who qualified for an audit were those which scored 2.5 or better on aspects of "Quality of employees", "Quality of services", "Appropriate cost structure" and "Likelihood of recommendation". Of the more than 200 nominees, 58 service providers were given the chance to prove themselves in audits conducted between October and December by BDO Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft AG, under the leadership of Prof Volker Nürnberg, and are now considered among the best service providers on the corporate health market in Germany.
