This year marked the 9th edition of INSITE's Networking Day with its advisors. Hosted in Kloster Haydau, this successful event focused on dialogue and face-to-face interactions.
What is the focus of an EAP? What do we assist with and what exactly do these services entail? These questions were part of the programme at the ninth INSITE Networking Day. On the first weekend of September, our network of advisors came together at the beautiful events centre in Kloster Haydau in the heart of Germany.
INSITE introduced itself and its slogan "Employee Smartness" and presented updates on our range of services, client management and communication. The Pastoral Care, Medical Consultation, Legal and Financial teams also presented the work they do within EAP. In special situations where users are under incredible pressures, INSITE's specialist assistance programmes provide quick, targeted help by complementing our mental health EAP service with specialist expertise.
This year, the Upskilling Day was organised by Dr Giovanna Eilers, who hosted a workshop on the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM), and Berit Brockhausen who shared her expertise on couples counselling.
In beautiful surroundings and with delicious food, the event also provided an opportunity to swap experiences, discuss input from previous sessions and network with colleagues.
