What was once called the Deutsche Ausbildungsleiterkongress (DALK) has had a glow-up and reinvented itself as HRocks – a true event highlight on the HR scene.
The première of the HRocks Human Resources Congress & Expo was a great opportunity for us to meet decision-makers and insiders from the world of HR. And while the place was teaming with industry experts, more than a few people asked us "So what is EAP?" This showed us that Employee Assistance Programmes still haven't found their way into every business. There is still a lot of educating for us to do – something we look forward to.
