COVID-19, coronavirus, pandemic – the news is full of these terms. What is this doing to us? How do we cope with stresses and strains? The anxieties, the conflicts, the new challenges, social distancing? EAP can give your company's employees just the individual support they need, fast.

 

INSITE remains on call for its clients and their employees with Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). We are still providing advice and consultations via phone and chat on all aspects of the new reality we are now faced with.

New daily routines

Lots of employees are currently working from a mobile office or are self-isolating at home. For most people, this is an exceptional situation that has been made necessary by the current legal guidelines.

But despite this change in circumstances, ordinary daily routines like work and/or childcare still need taking care of. At the same time, family members need to be taken care of, shopping needs to be done despite the caution that is being urged, conflicts start to simmer and people are suffering from social isolation. For many people, the current stay-at-home order poses a huge challenge and only adds to their stress.

Our assistance service is available to our clients' employees free of charge and completely anonymously, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

An EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) is an impartial, full-service support programme for businesses and their employees. Its aim is to promote the health, harmony and performance of employees and to guarantee the stability of the people in the organisation, even in times of crisis. The EAP is available to everyone in the company at any time. It helps everyone, taking the strain off managers and saving a huge amount of time, money and nerves.
