In January, INSITE-Interventions GmbH had the pleasure of welcoming the members of the EAP Alliance to our office in Frankfurt. Representatives from our international partner organisations came together to exchange insights on current developments in the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) sector and to further strengthen collaboration within the network.
As a member of the EAP Alliance, INSITE is part of a Europe-wide network of EAP providers. This enables organisations to support their employees reliably across international locations. Through close cooperation within the alliance, companies benefit from cross-border EAP services delivered to consistently high quality standards.
The meeting focused on:
- reflecting on a successful year,
- the strategic development of the alliance,
- and current developments within the European EAP markets.
Particularly valuable was the exchange of experiences from different countries and organisational structures, which opened up new perspectives and valuable insights.
Especially in the context of corporate health and mental wellbeing, international collaboration is becoming increasingly important. The ongoing exchange of best practices and market expertise creates valuable momentum from which organisations and their employees benefit in the long term.
We are delighted to have hosted this year’s meeting in Frankfurt and would like to thank all participants for the constructive discussions and the trusting and collaborative atmosphere.
