Dr Hansjörg Becker – Owner and CEO of Insite – will be taking part in a panel discussion on mental health at the "Future of HR" expo as part of INQA's themed days.
Digitisation in the world of work is a subject on everyone's lips. The issue of the increase in mental strain caused by being constantly available is the subject of particularly heavy discussion. What conditions do companies need to create? How is technology changing the way we work together and the strain on employees?
The INQA (the German government's Initiative for New Quality in Work) is hard at work investigating these issues as part of the psyGA project "Mental Health in the Workplace". They are organising themed days with a variety of panel discussions at the "Future of HR" expo in Cologne from 19 to 21 September 2017.
