INSITE has been ISO 9001:2015-certified since the end of March and has successfully passed an independent quality management audit conducted by TÜV SÜD. All service processes in our business were cross-checked with our clients' needs and optimised accordingly, and our company goals are now focused even more sharply on our clients and our service levels.
The certification covers all assistance processes for employees, family members and contacts at our client companies. We are proud of the fact that we are continuing to adapt and optimise everything we do to suit the needs of our clients.
