The nationwide "OHM in the prison system" network is holding its fourth meeting. INSITE will be there to present the Employee Assistance Programme and offer insights into obstacles and best-practice experiences.
The 4th "OHM in the prison system" meet-up is open to stakeholders and anyone with an interest in occupational health management (OHM). According to the event organisers, "The goal is to establish a dialogue, to make synergy effects visible and usable and to facilitate meaningful, helpful networking – without ever losing sight of the ultimate goal of added value." They see the event as a great opportunity for group discussion of appropriate methods for successful, long-lasting interventions. With a focus on restoring, maintaining and increasing the performance of employees.
