Many companies offer their employees a wide range of services and schemes, with the aim of boosting and maintaining health and performance. But frequently, employees are only vaguely aware of the offers available to them, if at all. The reasons for this are many – but communication is certainly one of them. Often, lots of offers are competing for attention, with the result that some of them become lost in the flood of communication, making them ineffective in the grand scheme of things.
That's why INSITE-Interventions GmbH, as an EAP provider in the German-speaking world, and the German Association for Human Resource Management (DGFP) warmly invite you to a regional meet-up on 25 October 2018 to talk about "Successfully communicating HR management initiatives, a case study of a production company".
As part of this DGFP // Network meet-up, we want to discuss the following issues: "What is a sensible, and above all successful, way for companies to integrate initiatives that require explanation into their communication?", "What are the do's and don'ts of communication?", "Where are the stumbling blocks and how can we avoid them?". We will also look at a case study to shed light on a possible solution.
