The pandemic has turned the entire world of work on its head. And trade fairs and expos are no exception, with many events being cancelled and having to adapt to the new situation. The hybrid Personalmanagementkongress is a good example of this new style of expo.
In August, we were able to interact with visitors to our stand both online and in-person, talking to them about INSITE and our EAP and having some really wonderful conversations – for the first time in nearly two years.
Alongside some interesting encounters, excellent preparations on the part of the organisers and the beautiful setting at the bottom of Berlin's Alexanderplatz, another highlight for us was the talk give by Dr Conradt on "Healthy transformations for business in the age of new work and digitisation". And we obviously don't want to deprive you of that.
