In April 2026, INSITE-Interventions GmbH participated in the Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable Conference in Seoul – a key international forum for exchange on Employee Assistance and workplace wellbeing.
Under the theme “Thriving Through AI Transformation: EAP in an Unpredictable World of Changes,” the conference highlighted the significant transformation currently taking place within the market: EAP is increasingly evolving from a reactive support service into integrated care models that systematically combine individual, team-based, and organizational interventions.
For INSITE, this confirms several key strategic developments:
- the expansion of integrated service architectures, such as our Mental Health Consultation Hour, organizational consulting, and survey offerings,
- the stronger integration of prevention, acute care, and organizational development,
- as well as the targeted use of AI to scale, personalize, and accelerate access to support services.
Many contributions emphasized that rapid access to support, data-driven management, and clearly defined care structures will be critical to the future effectiveness of EAP – aspects that also play a central role in INSITE’s ongoing development.
