Mental health is no longer a peripheral topic, but a central component of a sustainable world of work. All the more reason for us to be delighted that our work in this area has now been recognized.
INSITE has been awarded the FOCUS-Business Mental Health Award 2026 in the Excellence Class. The award ceremony took place on 22 October 2026 as part of the MENTAL HEALTH SUMMIT in Munich.
A Recognition with Substance
The award was based on a standardized, data-driven assessment of the participating EAP providers. The evaluation shows that our offering stands for a powerful and broad Employee Assistance Program: reliable, professional, and close to the needs of the people who use it.
Thank You to Our Team
Behind this award are the people at INSITE who advise employees in challenging situations and support companies in strengthening mental health in the workplace. Their commitment is the real reason for this success!
"The award is a tremendous recognition of the commitment of our colleagues who advise people in challenging situations and support companies in strengthening mental health in the workplace. Thank you to the entire INSITE team, thank you to our clients, with whom we are fortunate to grow, and thank you to the organizers of the Mental Health Summit," says Dr. Matthias Conradt, Managing Director of INSITE-Interventions GmbH.
We thank FOCUS-Business for hosting the award and all participants for the inspiring exchange at the MENTAL HEALTH SUMMIT.
A Look Ahead
The award strengthens our commitment to further develop our offering: with modern EAP solutions, qualified counseling, and services that strengthen both people and organizations.
