The "Future of HR" expo came to a successful conclusion – with plenty of visits to our stand and participation in the psyGA panel discussion on Mental Health. The INQA (the German government's Initiative for New Quality in Work) also presented their new employee assistance brochure at the event.
Between 19 and 21 September, INSITE presented its services at the "Future of HR" expo in Cologne in Hall 2.1 "Occupational Health Management".
We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for the many interesting conversations we had with our clients, partners and potential new leads.
A particular highlight was watching Dr Hansjörg Becker – Owner and CEO of Insite – in conversation with the INQA.
As part of the psyGA project (Mental Health in the Workplace), the INQA is hard at work investigating digitisation and its consequences. Employee assistance was presented as a potential building block and was discussed by the panel. How does employee assistance work? What are the selection criteria we have to bear in mind? What else does the INQA offer? All of these questions were addressed by Dr Hansjörg Becker (INSITE), Gregor Breucker (BKK Dachverband) and Peter Krauss-Hoffmann (Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs).
