How does INSITE understand Employee Smartness? What new services are there? What are the levels of stress caused by constant digital stimulation? These questions were on the agenda at this year's Client Forum in Schloss Löwenstein.
INSITE regularly invites its clients to learn about the latest developments in the world of EAP and INSITE, encouraging a lively dialogue. This year, the programme was documented in a rather special way, with simultaneous graphic recording of topics and points of discussion.
A lot has happened at INSITE in the last year. What do we understand by "Employee Smartness" and what developments has this led to for INSITE and its client companies? These are the questions that were used to kick off the day, together with a presentation of our new communication materials. Our EAP experts held sessions where they presented new services and trends in the world of EAP and seminars and made themselves available for questions from all curious participants afterwards.
The keynote was a fascinating and entertaining talk by Dr Volker Busch on how the constant stream of information and tasks overwhelms our minds and what we can do to create a new space for creativity and high output.
