The INSITE-Community Assistant prepares your visit together with you regarding:

- legal, formal and informal aspects
- health and disability topics
- authority visits (public health department, city hall ...)

and guides you through every step.

We support you to organise the visit (pre / post) and make it as successful as possible. If needed, we will come along with you and make the visit together.

... the integration of ECB staff members with disabilities or other health related needs in the Rhein-Main-Area with respect to relevant German authorities and institutions

... independence as and where necessary to deal with bureaucracy, taking into account specific disability or health-related personal needs

... the individual to address and overcome bureaucratic requirements and obstacles, providing support and a safety net for eligible staff residing in the Rhein-Main-Area 

• Hands-on personal accompaniment in dealing successfully with German authorities or institutions and to master the German bureaucracy in the context of disability or exceptional health or social situations
• Upon request, assess the needs of eligible staff members and discuss opportunities and potential solutions for the way forward, acting on their behalf where necessary, enabling access to relevant public institutions or service providers in the Rhein-Main-Area
• E.g., explaining and helping to fill in forms
